Streamer and Content Creator Licensing (v2024.12.14)

All music and videos are copyright © by not-things, all rights reserved.
I grant permission to streamers and content creators to use my music as background music in live streams and recorded videos on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, and similar services.

This license also covers:

• Usage in live streams.
• Usage in live streams that are later archived as VODs (video-on-demand) on the same platform.
• Usage of such VODs, even if access is limited (e.g., restricted to subscribers-only on Twitch).

Restrictions

Some examples of uses that are not covered by this free-use license include:

• Use in commercial products, such as video games, movies, advertisements, or any content distributed for sale or licensing to third parties.
• Redistribution of the music as standalone files (e.g., uploading my music as separate tracks to YouTube, Spotify, or other platforms).

Note: While I will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving issues if a platform incorrectly flags content using my music as violating copyright, I cannot guarantee the outcome. The final decision on copyright claims or strikes lies with the platform itself, and I cannot be held liable if such claims are upheld despite my intervention.
